To build a home in the Riverhills neighborhood, the building team must enter into an approval process, coordinated and overseen by the Design Review Committee, appointed by the developer in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants. 

The Design Review Committee works together with the owner and their architect, builder, and landscape architect to review and approve all plans for the new home, as advised by the standards laid out in the Riverhills Pattern Book.
