Clearfork West is the first phase of Clearfork, and home to the headquarters of Acme Brick Co., a Berkshire Hathaway company. Clearfork West covers 25 acres, with sites ranging from 2- to 8-plus acres available along Edwards Ranch Road and Acme Brick Plaza east of Bryant Irvin Road. Including the Acme Brick headquarters, more than 400,000 square feet of office development is planned for the western gateway into Clearfork. Workers completed construction of Edwards Ranch Road in April 2008, allowing the further development of Clearfork West property. The installation of franchise utilities and landscaping are scheduled to be completed by yearend 2008.
