
Clearfork represents an exciting urban village concept on the north side of the Trinity River, composed of a variety of land uses and building densities. Clearfork integrates all aspects and needs of daily life, featuring upscale residences, mid-rise office buildings, as well as high-end retail establishments and restaurants. The west side of the property will be dominated by office uses, while the east side will be mixed use, integrating higher-density residential properties with office and retail space. Thresholds on infrastructure allow for up to 2 million square feet of office space, 1.2 million square feet of retail space, and 2,500 residential units. Additionally, a variety of open spaces are included in the Master Plan, connecting Clearfork parks to the Trinity Trails – a 30-plus mile paved hike and bike system along the banks of the Trinity River.
